Colts Fixtures in 2011
In 2011 we intend running Colts teams from U7 to U15.
U7 is the first entry point to the Colts. U7 Club coaching will therefore focus on an introduction to cricket and developing core skills. U7 matches will only be arranged when appropriate to player development: for more details see [Colts Coaching]. By the end of the summer we aim to have established a U7 “Incrediball” team which will play in occasional friendlies.
Our U8 “Incrediball” Team will play in the North East and Central Surrey (NEC) League.
U9-15 teams will also play in NEC Leagues and will be entered into NEC Cup Competitions. In some year groups we also arrange occasional friendlies against local schools, clubs and representative sides.
Where there is sufficient demand, we will also be running “B” and “C” teams. teams. “B” teams will be entered into NEC “B” team leagues: “C” teams will play in friendly fixtures.
Further details of the arrangements for 2011 will be published on the “Colts News” section of the website around the New Year. Details of all League fixtures will be released in February 2011, and published below. Details of friendly fixtures, and Cup draws, will be added to fixtures lists when those arrangements have been finalised.
